Bantam Robotics traveled to Bellingham on Saturday to compete in the ROBO-BASH tournament. Our R2Perfect team fought hard and made it to the semifinals! This is a huge accomplishment for a first-year freshman team as they competed against 53 WA teams! Congratulations to R2Perfect on their success at the event and congratulations to all of our Bantam Robotics teams on their fantastic season!

Students in Mrs. Swanson's Biology Class are learning about the lymphatic system and they are using our Anatomage Table. An Anatomage Table is a 3D segmented representation of real human anatomy. It allows our students to visualize anatomy exactly as they would on a fresh cadaver. The tool is such a cool resource for our teachers and students! Thank you voters. This was purchased as a part of the capital projects levy that passed in 2020.

Yesterday we celebrated Computer Science Education week by hosting an Hour of Code event here at CHS. Students and community members used block-based coding and the Python programming language to complete a variety of coding challenges. The worldwide Hour of Code movement has served 1,557,400,132 individuals this year! We are honored to help give everyone a chance to explore CS and to be one of 102 schools in the U.S. named a CS Leader and awarded $10,000 by @codeorg to expand computer science at our school. #HourofCode #CSLeader #CSEdWeek #CelebratingProgress https://codeorg.medium.com/congratulations-to-the-winners-of-the-cs-leaders-prize-14f2ae0072aa
