Clarkston High School has an updated weekly bell schedule for the 2026–2027 school year.
On Mondays and Fridays, there will be no Advisory period, and class periods will be longer. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, students will follow the regular schedule, including 3rd Period Advisory from 10:16–10:36 AM.
The daily start and dismissal times remain unchanged. School will begin at 8:00 AM and dismiss at 2:35 PM.
See the full weekly bell schedule below for the exact period times.

Some Clarkston families and staff received an unexpected text message directly from Apptegy today about a communication tool called Rooms. Because we had not yet introduced Rooms, we completely understand why some of you wondered if the message was spam. We appreciate those who reached out to check!
There is nothing you need to do at this time.
Rooms is a communication tool that may be used for specific groups and activities, such as athletics and other extracurricular programs. It will replace ParentSquare for these types of communications.
Our regular district communication is not changing. Clarkston School District will continue to send district announcements, alerts, and other communication through Thrillshare just as we have in the past.
If a coach, teacher, advisor, or other staff member chooses to use Rooms with your student, they will communicate directly with you and provide information about how to get connected.
We apologize for the confusion caused by the message arriving before we had an opportunity to share this information with you.

We also want to give a special thank you to Jacob from Waller Apiary, Hunter from Heights Butcher Shop, Jeremy and Nancy from Kenzies Koffee, and Skate and Megan from Hogans for their support and generosity.
Together, they helped raise an incredible $5,356 for our food pantry, which helps provide support for our students and families.
We are so grateful for our amazing community partners who continue to step up and make a difference for Clarkston High School! ❤️🖤

Students will follow their regular school schedule each week unless otherwise noted on the district calendar for conferences, holidays, emergency closures, or other special schedule changes.

📢 Important District Update: Future 6th Grade Transition to Lincoln Middle School
The Clarkston School District is excited to share that beginning with the 2027–28 school year, all 6th grade students will attend Lincoln Middle School as part of a true 6th–8th grade middle school model.
This change will not affect students during the upcoming 2026–27 school year. The additional year will allow us to thoughtfully plan, prepare, and support students and families throughout the transition process.
Moving 6th grade to Lincoln Middle School will provide students with access to specialized supports, expanded academic opportunities, extracurricular activities, athletics, leadership experiences, and a learning environment specifically designed to meet the needs of early adolescents.
We understand families may have questions. Please review the attached Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for additional information. We will continue to share updates and opportunities for engagement as planning progresses.

Join us as we celebrate the Class of 2026 on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at the LCSC Activity Center.
Can't make it in person? You can watch the ceremony live here: https://www.youtube.com/live/VC4djLSLjyA?si=UwdwugbQATOcn4-Z
Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎉🎓

Stay active, get stronger, and be ready for your season. Workouts are held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays throughout the summer. Questions? See Coach Frazier.

Parents, educators, and community members are encouraged to attend. Please help spread the word!
