This can be a stressful time. It is normal that you or your loved ones might feel anxious, sad, scared, or angry. You are not alone. It is okay to seek out and ask for help. The resources here are a good place to start.

Mental and Emotional Well-being


WSAC’s College Access and Support division will be hosting “WSAC Wednesdays” the first Wednesday of every month from 10-11 am. These will be drop-in Zoom sessions to get any of your questions answered related to general financial aid, financial aid advising day, or the College Bound Scholarship. PSAT: SOPHOMORES & JUNIORS

SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS:  We encourage all sophomores and juniors who are planning on attending a four-year college to sign up for the PSAT/NMSQT Exam.  The PSAT/NMSQT Exam (Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) will be administered on Wednesday, October 13th, in the CHS Library.  If you are interested in taking this exam, you must sign up in the Guidance Office and pay Nancy in the main office by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 14th.  The cost to sophomores is a $20 non-refundable exam fee.  The cost for juniors is also a $20 non-refundable fee, however WSU’s GEAR UP Program will pay for the first 30 juniors who sign up, and those juniors who qualify for free and reduced lunch will also receive a fee waiver for the exam fee as well.
