2021 Graduation Ceremonies

  • CHS will have a graduation ceremony on the football field (weather permitting/auditorium if bad weather).The ceremony would be for seniors and under current guidelines 2 tickets per senior.All would be socially distanced and masked. Ceremony would be streamed live through Facebook and on the NFHS network. Time is 10:00 am, so we can have our parade (if approved) early
  • After ceremony, students would go to their cars which would be parked prior to ceremony for aerial photo.Take the photo.Then proceed to parade (11:00 ish) where we start at CHS and end at Heights Elementary.
  • Students and families would be allowed to participate in any part of the proceedings, both, or neither. CHS would ask for RSVP so we can prepare.

Guidelines for Graduation Parade

  1. Stage at CHS senior parking log.8:00 AM parking, then leave as directed
  2. 1 vehicle per family, no flatbeds, motorcycles. Street legal only.
  3. Place placard in the passenger side front window (will be provided by CHS).
  4. Once parade commences stay together. Pace yourself with the vehicle in front of you. Do not stop or get out of the vehicle.
  5. Stay in line once we pass Heights Elementary parade is over and you go your own way.

PANDEMIC EBT (P-EBT) BENEFITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) benefits are now available to eligible students in our school district. P-EBT is money for food to replace meals students missed at school during the school day because of the pandemic. Read more.


SCHOLARSHIPS

2020-2021 Scholarships
 

SENIORS:  Make sure that you are checking the scholarship listing above.  It has been updated effective04/08/21 with the information available to us at this time.  There is an Agriculture Future of America Scholarship due March 10th.  Those interested in obtaining a 4-yr degree in the food or agriculture industry should apply.  See the guidance office for details.  There is also a large, local scholarship – The Stickle Scholarship (multiple scholarships available) for seniors pursuing a 4-yr degree at a college/university OR pursuing community college or technical education.  Pick up an application in the guidance office ASAP – deadline is March 12th


SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS:  If you have a parent or guardian who uses Clearwater Power Co. as their utility provider, you can apply for a Clearwater Power Company scholarship (local scholarship).  (10) $500-$1,500 scholarships will be awarded.  Deadline is April 22nd.  See Guidance Office for information.

CLARKSTON ONLINE

Families, for those of you who are planning for your student to attend Clarkston Online, you will need to fill out the form below and return it to your child's school as soon as possible. Copies are available at each building if you do not have access to a printer.

As a reminder, the Clarkston Online option means that your child will be working 100% online from home. Students will be working on a curriculum provided by the Clarkston School District. This curriculum will teach and assess students while working from home.
